Robert C. Schollaert, Partner

Robert C. Schollaert is a graduate of Bethany College and received his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He has been admitted to the practice of law in the State Courts of Pennsylvania and Ohio, the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court. As one of the senior partners in the firm, Attorney Schollaert provides representation in the areas of real estate including representing Buyers and Sellers of real estate, wills and estate planning, issues affecting the elderly, and probate and estate administration. Attorney Schollaert is a member of the Franklin County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Land Title Association and he is a licensed title insurance agent in Pennsylvania. Attorney Schollaert has been a partner at Black and Davison since 1972.

Community Involvement:

Attorney Schollaert is a member and the Chairman of the Chambersburg Civil Service Commission, a member of the Chambersburg Board of Health and a member of the Chambersburg Noontime Lions Club. He is also a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, where he has served as a member of its Consistory. He has also served as a Board Member of various local non-profit organizations including the Franklin County Library, the Chambersburg Advanced Life Support Service, and the Institute of Pastoral Care.
